Invoiced digital products
The prompt libraries and implementation blueprints are delivered digitally and are immediately usable. Once delivered, they are generally non-refundable. If you need to cancel before delivery, contact us and we'll handle it case by case.
This is not the 90-Day P&L Guarantee
The 90-Day P&L Guarantee is a separate, contractual service guarantee for the managed Combined-Ratio Control Room: if your documented year-one savings, measured on your own P&L baseline, don't exceed your total fees, we run the managed operation free until they do — and you keep every workflow regardless. It is a service guarantee, not a website refund policy. The two are distinct.
