Using the site and tool

The site and the free tool are provided for your legitimate business use. Don't misuse them, attempt to break access controls, or use them to violate the law.

Intellectual property

• The prompt libraries and implementation blueprints are licensed to your firm for internal use — ownership is not transferred for the Quick-Win or DIY tiers.
• For the done-for-you Control Room, ownership of the system built for you is governed by your engagement contract (built-and-owned).
• The Alcumen site content, brand, and marks are the property of Kharade Ventures.

Alcumen's tools and content assist licensed professionals. They do not make coverage, suitability, pricing, or compliance determinations, and we don't warrant that any output is accurate, complete, or compliant. You are responsible for human review of every output before it is used.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alcumen and Kharade Ventures are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site, tool, or materials. The licensed human of record is responsible for every client-facing or money-moving decision.

Governing law

The site is operated by Kharade Ventures (India). Engagements are governed by the law specified in your engagement contract.
